1. Artworks and Descriptions

Every piece of art is a unique creation. While we strive to display colors and textures accurately, please note that computer monitors vary, and the physical artwork may differ slightly from the image on your screen.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are shown in [GBP/£].

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is no longer available or if there is an error in pricing.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship from the United Kingdom.

     

  • Domestic (UK): Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to international orders.

4. Returns and Refunds (UK Consumer Rights)

In accordance with UK law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind and return an item for a full refund.

 

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

  • Please contact us before returning any artwork.

All artwork and content on this website are the property of Linz Challice. Purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, print, or sell copies of the artwork without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Linz Challice Art shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
